Solace Therapeutics is dynamic startup medical device company focused on the development of non-surgical office treatments for womens health applications.

The company has developed proprietary technology that addresses a very large unmet medical need.

The technology is novel, and we are looking to add top-flight engineers to improve our product which is currently in a US pivotal clinical trial.

We are looking for an engineer that is hands on, creative, and is comfortable starting with a clean sheet of paper.

Since our technology is novel, direct experience is not possible.

The specific title and salary will be commensurate with experience and capability.

The mission

1. Invent, refine and rapidly launch into manufacturing new disposable medical instruments which are used to place and remove devices in the body2 As project leader, creatively leverage both internal and external resources to move projects along rapidly3.
