We have an exciting opportunity for an Inside Sales Representative to prospect potential customers and maintain existing customer base. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Responsible for outbound calls including account planning, call preparation, the call, and any post call follow up Plan calls with customers using guidelines and establish relationships with customers. Establish, develop and maintain business relationships with current customers and potential customers Call current customers to detail products, and sales opportunities. Candidate must call prospective new customers to build existing customer base. Communicate opportunities and general information with merchandising on a consistent basis, both formally and informally Monitor performance against targets Develop product knowledge essential to building customer relationships. Use active listening and sales techniques to identify customer needs and match them with appropriate products.
