SUMMARY OF POSITION FUNCTIONS : Directly responsible to the Assistant Manager, works closely with the other Tellers.

Receives deposits of payments on members accounts, cashes checks, sells travelers checks, money orders and cashier's checks, and honors requests for disbursements on line of credit and credit card accounts.

Responsible for the accomplishment of the credit union mission.

JOB SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED : High school diploma, ability to handle detail,a minimum of six months cash handling experience,10-key calculator by touch, and proficient computer skills in a WINDOWS environment required.

Financial institution experience helpful.

May be required to lift up to 60 pounds or stand for extended periods of time.

HOURS: Forty-hour work week to include Saturdays or Thirty-hour work week with rotating Saturdays.

World Class Manufacturer seeks Talented Engineers

Job Description

Our client, a world class multi billion dollar manufacturer and leader in its industry, has engaged our services to fill critical staffing needs for its Jackson/Meridian area location.

Job Responsibilities

Reporting to the Director of Engineering, the successful candidate will be responsible for all engineering support of existing manufacturing processes for this electronics assembly facility. Processes are monitored using SPC, so a background in Statistics or Design of Experiments is essential. The candidate will work with integrated production teams and process operators to maximize process yields. He/she will qualify new process breakthroughs to improve product quality, reduce costs, and improve cycle times. The candidate will implement new processes as new programs are brought to production. He/she will provide guidance to Engineering regarding design concepts and specs to best utilize equipment and manufacturing techniques.

Experience in the defense industry is key. Solid understanding of AutoCAD or Pro-E, and working knowledge of Visio is expected. Must be able to work in a lean manufacturing environment, with small focused project teams.

Job Qualifications

The successful candidate will have a BS-Degree in Chemical, Industrial or Mechanical Engineering and have 5 – 10 years of progressive experience in a manufacturing environment. Candidate MUST have Pro-E or AutoCAD background.

Six Sigma Green/Black belt certification a HUGE plus.

This position is bonus eligible, as well as some tuition reimbursement is available to pursue advanced degree.
