The ideal candidate would have revenue cycle experience in a small hospital dealing with the challenges related to a variety of payors.
This Director will oversee admissions as well as billing, follow-up, cash application, and collections with a staff of about 20 FTEs.

DIRECTOR OF FINANCE AND ADMINISTRATION The Toledo-Lucas County Port Authority seeks a Director of Finance and Administration to direct its accounting, financing programs, legal and human resources departments, its financial planning, as well as its relationships with lending institutions, stakeholders and the financial community to establish long-range goals, strategies, plans and policies.
Beginning salary range: $100,000 – $130,000, plus a full benefits package and participation in the Ohio Public Employee Retirement System.
Qualifications include: Bachelor’s Degree in accounting or finance.
Certified Pubic Accountant certification or Master’s Degree in business administration (MBA) preferred.
At least 10 years of experience with an accounting firm and/or with fund/ governmental accounting and at least five years of experience in structured finance with a bank, lender or leasing company.
Experience in both public and governmental accounting preferred.
Executive management experience at upper management level in administration, budgeting, communications, finance, human resources, leadership, and marketing, Satisfactory results on a background investigation.
