Many of our items are exclusive to Siegel Display Products, developed and fine-tuned over the years to perfectly fit our customers’ needs. We have an exciting opportunity for an Inside Sales Representative to prospect potential customers and maintain existing customer base.  ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Responsible for outbound calls including account planning, call preparation, the call, and any post call follow up Plan calls with customers using guidelines and establish relationships with customers. Establish, develop and maintain business relationships with current customers and potential customers Call current customers to detail products, and sales opportunities. Inventory Control Specialist Hoerbiger Automotive Comfort Systems is an automobile tier supplier in the Auburn Industrial Park (Auburn, AL) who is currently seeking an Inventory Control Specialist to assist with daily operations of the Logistics department. This is a great opportunity for an individual is seeking full-time employment.   Responsibilities Manage and actively participate in inventory counts for the facility Determine ideal timing between inventory counts Research ‘best practices’ for ensuring accurate inventory results, both during the actual counting process and in between the physical counts Determine best methods to maintain inventory accuracy Investigate and correct areas of inventory inaccuracy Daily reviews of planned production against inventory on hand, in transit and future orders Initiate releases to suppliers to ensure timely delivery of components Work with suppliers to modify delivery schedules as our production levels fluctuate Coordinate activity between engineering, purchasing, suppliers and production on engineering changes. Must ensure changes are properly introduced at the correct time, in the correct quantity Determine obsolescence of material for engineering changes and communicate to program management Work with all departments (rework, engineering, production, warehouse, quality) to ensure proper movement of material within SAP to maintain inventory accuracyRequirementsIn-depth knowledge of SAP preferred, but must be trainable in SAP 5 years experience in inventory control or BS in Materials Management and 3 years experience. Must be proactive and solution-oriented Intermediate PC skills including Microsoft Office, Lotus, and being proficient in generating data from electronic systems such as spreadsheets.  SAP experience preferred.
