Call Center Representative

SUMMARY

This position is directly responsible for handling the inbound and outbound calls while providing quality customer service.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Responsible for taking inbound calls directed from the queue

- Responsible for noting each account with the call content

- Responsible for performing outbound dialer/collection calls

- Responsible for reviewing and assisting members with questions concerning their contract

- Maintain individual standards

o Minimum of 10 calls per hour

o Minimum average of 90% of time spent on the phone

o Maintain an average talk time of 4 minutes or less

o Maintain an acceptable error percentage

- Maintain departmental standards

o Average answer speed

o Rollovers

- Any other duties as assigned by Manager or Supervisor

QUALIFICATIONS

- Must type 30 WPM

- Experience with Microsoft Word

- Must be able to accurately and effectively communicate direction with other departmental staff members both verbally and in writing

- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

- Must be extremely detail-oriented and able to make sound decisions

- Professional phone skills

- Bi-lingual is a plus

7:55-6:00 M-Th, off Fri, Sat. 11-3

11-8:00p M-Th, 8-5 Fri

10:30-7:30p, 8-5 Fri
